Why is there a naked man? Did I miss something?
For the same reason that there is a salmon going upstream- it is bay to breakers. There are always fish going the wrong way, nudists, flying tortillas, families, costumes, news men, and more. This is simply a collection of photos which I feel express the spirit of Bay to Breakers
